We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how Ritulyaa Sarees & Suits handles returns, refunds, and cancellations.

Return Window

You may request a return within 3 days of delivery (receive date) if the product is unused, unwashed, and returned with its original tags and packaging intact. Use the Request return option on your My Account order history.

What Can Be Returned

  • Items received damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered
  • Unstitched sarees and suit sets in their original condition

What Cannot Be Returned

  • Items that have been used, washed, altered, or custom-stitched
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Items marked as non-returnable or bought during clearance/final-sale

How to Request a Return

Log in to My Account and submit a return request against the order within 3 days of delivery. You can also email us at hello@ritulyaa.com or call +91 7838520955 with your order number. Our team will guide you through the pickup or return process.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. The time it takes to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or design, we are happy to arrange an exchange subject to availability. Reach out to us and we will help you find the right fit.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched for a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may follow the return process after delivery.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
